You start strong, but life gets in the way and soon it all falls apart. These weight loss struggles can feel endless, leaving you frustrated and ready for a new approach that actually works.
You feel good when you’re on track and crushed when you’re not. This cycle of dieting and guilt is exhausting, but finding balance can help you break free and finally enjoy lasting progress.
Macros, calories, and good versus bad foods can feel overwhelming. With beginner nutrition help, you can stop the confusion, learn what your body needs, and build habits you actually enjoy.
You know you’re capable, but without a clear plan it’s tough to stay consistent. With an accountability fitness coach in your corner, you’ll have the structure and support to succeed.
I’ve lived and breathed sports my whole life — from playing just about every sport as a kid, to lifting in my late teens, to even stepping on stage for a bodybuilding competition in college (2nd place… I’ll take it!). I studied Kinesiology + Sport Studies, worked with football and baseball programs, and spent years chasing any excuse to be on the dirt or the field with live sports.
But life isn’t always linear. After college, I worked long hours in pro baseball, then jumped into life as a flight attendant — traveling the world, but slowly watching my own health slip away. When I got injured on the job and sidelined for months, I realized something had to change. One night, sitting on a porch under a Texas sunset, my boyfriend gave me the tough-love talk I needed: get your mind right, and your body will follow. And he was right. The clarity came when I dropped the excuses, rebuilt my routine, and reignited my passion for this work.
Now, my coaching lives by three pillars: Attainability, Sustainability, and Accountability.
My vibe? No quick fixes, no punishment, no guilt. Crap happens — own it, move on, get back to business. I’m tough when I need to be, but always here to support you. I want you to build a lifestyle you actually enjoy while proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you think.
And beyond all that? I’m a loyal Boston sports fan (fantasy football girlie for 13 years straight, woohoo!), a total Disney + Harry Potter nerd (shhh, don’t tell anyone!), a world traveler, and someone who will stop traffic to point out a cute dog or a herd of cows and scream, “I LOVE THOSE PPs!”. My faith is a huge part of my journey, too — I’m growing closer to Jesus every day, and it’s reshaped how I see my purpose in helping others.
So when you join me, you’re not just signing up for workouts and meal plans. You’re joining a program that teaches you to stop the cycle of guilt, build a routine that works with your life, and finally step into the confident, strong version of yourself that you’ve been waiting on.
No crazy restrictions or crash diets here — just realistic, step-by-step strategies that fit your life. Whether you’re balancing school, work, family, or travel, I’ll help you create a plan that doesn’t feel like a punishment.
Attainable means you can actually follow through and win small victories every day, which stack up into massive change over time.
Anyone can “go hard” for a few weeks — but what happens after that? I’ll teach you how to build habits that last through busy schedules, vacations, and the curveballs life throws at you.
Sustainability means your progress doesn’t fall apart when motivation dips, because you’ll have the tools and flexibility to adjust without starting over.
Excuses? We all have them. The difference here is that I’ll help you call yourself out and move forward instead of getting stuck. I’m not here to sugarcoat — I’ll hold you accountable, celebrate your wins, and challenge you to keep showing up.
With accountability, you learn to trust yourself, stay consistent, and finally create the results you’ve been chasing.
I’ll review your info and see if we’re a good fit. Then I’ll reach out personally.
We’ll go over your goals, your lifestyle, and your struggles — and I’ll create package options tailored specifically for you.
If you put in the work, you will see results. Your body, mindset, and life will shift — and you’ll wonder why you didn’t start sooner.
My coaching is all about keeping things attainable, sustainable, and accountable. No guilt trips. No quick fixes. Just real strategies, real support, and results that actually last. If you’re ready to stop “starting over” and finally create the lifestyle you’ve been chasing, I’ll be with you every step of the way.
Most programs focus on quick fixes, cookie-cutter workouts, or rigid meal plans that you’ll ditch after a couple of weeks. Avery J Fit is different because I coach the whole person. My three pillars — Attainability, Sustainability, and Accountability — shape everything we do. That means:
At the end of the day, my coaching isn’t just about physical changes — it’s about helping you show up consistently, rebuild your confidence, and create results that actually last.
Results depend on you — your effort, consistency, and willingness to be coached. My clients see changes in energy, body composition, and confidence, but more importantly, they build sustainable routines that last. This isn’t about a quick transformation; it’s about creating a life that feels good inside and out.
Once you fill out the interest form, I personally review it to see if we’re a good fit. From there, I’ll reach out to schedule a quick chat so we can talk goals, lifestyle, and how I can best support you. If it’s a match, we’ll map out your plan and get started.
No way, babe! Balance is the backbone of this program. You’ll learn how to enjoy nights out, trips, and social events without guilt — because food and fitness should fit your life, not control it.
